Fertility evaluation: You will need to see a fertility specialist to determine if ovulation is occurring or not. Often with PCOS ovulation does not occur but if you are having regular periods now then it may be. There are varying degrees of septated uterus. Most do not decrease fertility but each case will have to be evaluated individually
