For the last 3 days iv been having pain where my ribs go up in the middle it comes and goes but seems to be coming more often and lasting longer an mo?

Substernal pain: May be reflux, gastritis could try ranitidine, or prevacid and see if i helps ( if not allergic) . may also be gallbaldder, rarely pericarditis or pancreatitis/ pancreatic lesion 9 depending on age). . if older consider cardiac disease or rarely pulmonary embolism. F/u/ w/ doc within 24 hours due to rare concern for pulmonary embolism
