Sle. serositis 2 mo ago. still have what dr says is pleurisy pain. pain and pressure in r side and chest. how long will it last or is it chronic?

Serositis: Should get better when sle gets controlled. But it's s chronic disease so there's a chance of recurrence.

Uncertain: Your list of medications are not characteristic for a patient with lupus. You need a ct of the chest and an echo, see a cardiologist, pulmonary specialist and discuss with you rheumatologist.
