Abdomen: I assume that you're describing discomfort in the upper midabdomen often referred to as the pit of the stomach. Discomfort there may be from gastritis, peptic ulcer or pancreatic disorders. These conditions can cause tenderness also. If a bland, low fat diet doesn't cause complete resolution of all symptoms, be examined by a physician who will order appropriate tests in order to make a diagnosis.
