No: You are sore because of digital manipulation, will go away. Spleen of 13 cm is normal size, no body will ever feel it manually, even in skinny persons, it needs to triple its size to be felt under the rib cage. Your spleen is fine, stop worrying about it, take care

I have chest discomfort in the center of my chest a little on left. Its about 2 inches above the breast bone. It is tender to the touch. Feels kind of like a sore. It lasted all night at work, but now the pain isnt really there even when i touch the area.
