What would happen if the tdap vaccine was accidentally given in a blood vessel? had shot two days ago - would i be sick by now?

If anything did: It is hard to conceive of where in the shoulder you could find a blood vessel large enough to thread with a needle & push in the shot. They are just not there to allow it. If you were allergic to any component of the vaccine, the bad ones start to show up within the hour.

Went for my Tetanus booster at 10 years. Was given Dtap instead of Tdap for my booster. 4 weeks later developed transverse myelitis symptoms. Idiopathic as of right now. But, could it have been the vaccine? Is it ok that I was given Dtap instead?
