Possibly: Without knowing anything else would not worry about these lab results if you are otherwise normal. Shifts in the differential WBC count of this nature can be due to many different things.

Stop worrying: If the absolute lymphocyte and the absolute granulocyte / neutrophil count are anywhere near reference range, this means nothing. Percentages fluctuage chaotically and I would not be at all concernd.
