See guidelines below: Men who are ages 65 to 75 and who have ever smoked should be screened one time for AAA by abdominal ultrasonography. The USPSTF found that there is little benefit to repeat screening in men who have a negative ultrasound and that men over age 75 are unlikely to benefit from screening.
