Loose tooth: I can understand that you want to keep your tooth, however it is loose and the bone support is compromised and surgery cannot rebuild the bone. Focus on getting the rest of your teeth healthy so you can keep them. Talk to your dentist about options for replacing the tooth. This will depend on which tooth it is an the health of the remains teeth and bone.

Probably not: Tooth loose because of loss of bone support, not just gum. Replacing gum alone will not increase stability. If you have bone loss, you have significant periodontal disease. Please see specialist Periodontist to discuss your status and state of the art treatment.
