I am from india. a stray dog sneezed 2-3 metres in front of me but wasn't looking directly towards my face. what is the risk of rabies?

Zero risk: The virus in the animal's saliva must enter through a bite or cut in your skin. Also your risk of getting rabies would be more likely with multiple bites, or bites to your face or head. Hope that helps.
