No.: Rabid dogs don't cough or sneeze - they foam at the mouth, act crazy, and bite people. Rabies is very rare in dogs in this country, now that rabies shots are required by law pretty much everywhere - but if you see a stray dog acting strangely, don't get anywhere near enough to be sneezed on by it - call the cops!
