What are the chances of me getting rabies from a dog that sneezed close to me ? the dog seemed healthy but im still worried a bit as i wasnt wearing a face mask either. have a video of it if required for further clarification?

Although dogs are the main reservoir in developing countries they are a rare source of rabies in the USA (where bats are the major cause of concern). I don't think you have anything to worry about.
