I have nose bleeds every morning, facial pain,& nasal congestion all year.i've been getting headaches too. i've tried rhinocort, claritin, & flonase.

Not the right meds: this regimen may be adequate to treat mild to moderate nasal/sinus inflammation, but you are describing a more complicated issue. An evaluation to identify cause is warranted,;and necessary to guide a targeted treatment strategy that may consist of prescription medication to decongest, relieve inflammation, or treat infection. A structural sinus problem may require surgical correction.
