Viral infection: You are likely having a viral infection which may not be the flu. Do realize that flu vaccine is not 100% protective especially if you received it more than 3-4 months ago. A lot of people are getting influenza B infection this year vs influenza A. Other viral infection (cold virus) may cause the same symptoms as flu. None of the drugs you mentioned helps viral infection. Rx flu drug may help
