I have been having bad nasal congestion, cough, runny nose, and headache. thank it might be allergies. i have been taking claritin and dayquill and its not helping. is there something that will help?

Try pseudoephedrine: otc and nasal spray such as Afrin or Neosynephrine. If these don't help, it is time to consult with your doctor.

Triggers can be allergic (animal dander, pollen, dust mites) or non-allergic (strong scents/odors, cleaning products). See an Allergist for testing to confirm triggers. Add nasal steroid spray like fluticasone 2 sprays each nostril daily.
