Postnasal drainage: Hello, your symptoms could be from an undiagnosed sinusitis. You are being treated for allergic rhinitis. AR is associated with sinusitis. I would recommend using nasal/sinus rinse and see your ENT physician. An endoscopic culture of the drainage and a possible CT scan can help diagnose the sinusitis. Patients with chronic sinusitis often have little classic sinus symptoms.
