For on off a year i have had nasal congestion just on the left side. nose is not runny. flonase normally gives temporary relief. flonase, sinugestic & cetric is not working the last few days after flareup. headache since last night. body temp 36.6c. ?

Sinusitis or polyp: One sided nasal congestion for longer than 3 months can indicate that there is a physical obstruction such as a polyp or a chronic inflammation such as sinusitis. it would be worthwhile to have a Dr examine your nasal passages. A GP can initiate this with a nasal speculum in their office and an ENT Dr can look further with a nasal endoscope. Treatment will depend on what they find.
