15 weeks oral antibiotics + 4 weeks nasal mupirocin= 5 weeks of tongue thrush. Nystatin failed, troches failed and now Im 7 days into 14 days Diflucan with only about 30% improvement. Should it have cleared more with diflucan? No sugar/alcohol diet?

Have a thrush infection. Prescribed 150 mg diflucan for 5 days, as the thrush didn't respond to nystatin. I take 1 mg alprazolam 2 x day, 6.25 mg carvedilol 2x day. Both are on the serious interaction list but doc says to take them all. Dangerous?
I got thrush from prednisone. Primary care physician subscribed Fluconazole. My pulmonologist prescribed nystatin. Both are antifugal. Sh I take both?
