15 weeks oral antibiotics + 4 weeks nasal mupirocin= 5 weeks of tongue thrush. nystatin failed, troches failed and now im 7 days into 14 days diflucan with only about 30% improvement. should it have cleared more with diflucan? no sugar/alcohol diet?
