In brain mri what does " signs of pneumatization disorde of right temporal lobe" means?

That actually: makes no sense whatsoever. The temporal lobe does not get pneumatized, that would mean there is air in the brain. Is that quote directly from the MRI report? If so, it may be an error in the dictation. Check with your doctor about the results.
