Incidental findings : on MRI's done for head trauma require evaluation by pediatric specialists to search for a cause of prenatal onset & to determine what, if any, functional impairment is related to the structural abnormality. This may include an EEG, other types of neuroimaging, a Chromosomal Microarray, & assessment of social/emotional, cognitive, fine & gross motor, self-help/adaptive, & communication skills.
