Maybe, maybe not: Ultrasound is useful but has an error rate based on the examiner's methods. Angulation involves the movement of probe back and forth to better visualize various tissues. A cyst or growth can appear to be x cm on one angulation and x+y on another angulation. So, to compare two different exams, the techniques must have been identical (hard to accomplish with ultrasound). I recommend MRI or CT
