Hi doctor had an ultrasound of the liver, gallbladder, kidney and pancreas there was echogenicity of the liver and the pancreas was not well seen?

Ultrasound: In cases like this your primary care physician should review the images with the radiologist who interpreted the studies and determine the differential diagnoses, recommendations for additional studies like liver biopsy,mri,etc and suggestions for referrals to appropriate specialists like gastroenterologist or hepatologist.
