A member asked:

Hello. i had a pelvic ultrasound and these were the results: 10.2 cm cc x 4.9 cm ap x 7.5 cm transverse uterus. are these results abnormal?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Probably WNL results: If these sonographic measurements were obtained by a skilled certified Gyn sonographer, they are probably considered within normal limits (WNL) or in the upper limits of normal for a woman who is 61 and postmenopausal. What is missing and much more important is the measurements of the "thickness of the endometrium".
