The question: is a little confusing....the dr saw a normal ovary on ultrasound? Why would that indicate there is a cancer? We're there other findings?

Ovary concerns: So who did the ultrasound and why? That will make a bit of difference. If you were told nothing was wrong and are still concerned than see your doctor and ask that question. And no an US is not 100% accurate for diagnosing ovary pathology.
