See below: It is not feasible to address your concern. Your question should be addressed to your doctor who did the ultrasound or your primary care physician. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

The question: is a little confusing....the dr saw a normal ovary on ultrasound? Why would that indicate there is a cancer? We're there other findings?

Ovary concerns: So who did the ultrasound and why? That will make a bit of difference. If you were told nothing was wrong and are still concerned than see your doctor and ask that question. And no an US is not 100% accurate for diagnosing ovary pathology.
