Probably not: The short answer is no. You will probably not have any brain volume loss from one month of antipsychotic especially if your diagnosis is Major Depression. Antipsychotics probably do cause some volume loss, but this most likely with long term exposure, or at least 1 year I would think. As far as I know, the studies showing this volume loss were all done in Schizophrenic patients. See your doc soon
