See an surgeon: Sounds like you need to have an evaluation by a surgeon specializing in spinal surgery, usually an orthopedic surgeon or neurosurgeon. However, clearly a physician ordered the imaging, so have you discussed the findings with that doctor? That is obviously the first step.
