Check sonogram: If your sonogram was performed by a skilled certified sonographer and showed an intrauterine pregnancy and a "small right ovarian growth" there is no real cause for concern about an ectopic pregnancy. Your pain is probably due to a "normal ovarian-corpus-luteum-cyst of pregnancy" which should resolve spontaneously in a few weeks. You may want to recheck your sonogram, if your symptoms persist .
