No: A 3d or 4d ultrasound would be very helpful in making this diagnosis. A laparoscopic surgery may be in your future.

No: If ultrasound showed possible pregnancy on the ovary, only another ultrasound or a surgery such as laparoscopy to look will confirm where the ectopic pregnancy is. Pregnancy test only says if you're pregnant and to make sure level high enough that ultrasound would show a pregnancy in the uterus if it was there.
