Endometriosis: Endometriosis can affect your fertility. Some surgical options are available to remove the endometriosis and assess your uterus and fallopian tubes further. There are also many options available when, and if, you wish to conceive if you are having any difficulty (i.e. In Vitro Fertilization, Intrauterine Insemination).
