Recurrence: Epidermoid cysts rarely disappear permanently without excision. Likely a recurrence of lesion. See an ENT doc or facial plastic surgeon for assessment/treatment.

Epidermoid cysts: are often found on the face, neck and back. Most epidermoid cysts either stop growing and go away on their own without treatment. Once a cyst is drained, there is a possibility that it will grow back.
