Moisture control: ? Hidradenitis? If it is, few helpful tips here: keep the area clean and dry-stuff a terry towel roll in your armpit if you have to. Avoid scented deodorant/ antiperspirant /soap - the additives that smell good can cause irritation. Don't shave - clip if you need to. Hygiene is a must to avoid infection. However, even if you are "super clean" - you will likely need a doctor's help on occasions.
