Sleeping patterns: Teenagers often require more sleep than they get. Teens need 8-10 hours of sleep per night. Your sleeping 2 days a week for 16 hours may be due to getting inadequate sleep the other 5 days. This is not a problem unless it is interfering with your daytime activities.
