9 mm cyst: A 9 mm cyst is very tiny. That is about 1/2 the size of a penny. Since it is contained within the ovary it not possible that you would be able to touch this area. If you are feeling something on your body that feels abnormal as your describe then please see a doctor sea show it to them so they can hep determine what is happening and find a way to help you
