Stable 4.3x3.5x2.9 cm simple cyst. 8 weeks ago ovary was 42 cc now 60cc. what could cause increase if cyst size remained same? is this concerning?

Not a concern : If this cyst is asymptomatic there is little to worry about. Volume measurements of the ovary are very imprecise and this is not a significant difference. The important observation is that the cyst has remained the same.
