Limited Information: Almost impossible to help you with this information. There are so many different scenarios this represents. The most likely is a left over follicle from the last cycle that didn't physically ovulate (lufs syndrome). This is not indicative of any serious problem. You could also have ovulated just before the u/s test. But based on no "ovulatory" follicle, ? Anovulatory cycle this time.
