Probably: Did you know that biotin is a "B complex vitamin" but it is also known as Vitamin H? Confusing I know, but beside the point. The adequate adult dose of biotin is 30 mcg per day, but up to 2500mcg per day for hair/nail health. I wouldn't recommend more than that. Too much biotin will cause slower release of insulin, skin rashes, lower vitamin C and B6 levels and high blood sugar levels.
