Best to discuss medication with her Psychiatrist. If uncomfortable with your Dr. consult another for a 2nd opinion. Have a physical exam by a Dr. to determine if she has a physical illness. Consult with a Clinical Psychologist with expertise in multiple types of psychotherapy with ZOOM.
