Check it again: You have not listed what his blood pressure medication is. It's possible that there is a drug drug interaction between his antidepressant and his antihypertensive medication. The blood pressures low but not dangerously low and the pulse is elevated. That would indicate that either the blood pressure medication is too high or that he is dehydrated. If he gets lightheaded or dizzy or develops any other symptoms he may need to be seen quickly. Most likely however his blood pressure will go back up provided that he pushes fluids tonight. Contact the prescribing doctor tomorrow and find outif he wishes anything else to be done about it. Best wishes.

MEDICATION: 1st have a physical exam to rule out a physical problem. The most complete evaluation for medication is with a Psychiatrist. Please consult with a Clinical Psychologist for psychotherapy to help with ZOOM.com sessions to find better coping mechanisms for dealing with depression. There is extra anxiety due to covid 19- help him hold on to hopefulness to elevate his immune system.
