which works quicker and is better for anxiety and depression: prozac or celexa? i was on lexapro (escitalopram) for 2 years and it stopped working.

Not Necessarily: Some people respond to lexapro, (escitalopram) some to prozac. They are both equally effective for anxiety at high doses.
