Testicular pain: Testiclar pain can result from many causes, anywhere from minor trauma, tight pants, sitting prolonged periods, inflammation, low grade prostate infection, mild epididymitis which an u/s may not diagnose. If pain is persistent, a course of antibiotics may be given empirically in case there is an occult sourse of infection. Discuss with your doctor why he selected those antibitics.
