With those antibiotics not being effective, you may not have epididymitis at all. However, tuberculosis and other infections not responsive to these treatments is a possibility, and is common in some developing countries. There also are non-infectious causes, such as reactions to certain drugs. Discuss with your doctor; if not seeing a urologist, arrange that now. Good luck.

For reconsideration of diagnosis pl see another Urologist. In the meantime wear a good support and use local heat several times a day and if you have pain try Ibuprofen. Hope you feel better
