No, not normal. Colored discharge with odor means infection. Vaginal infections often require different antibiotics than these, e.g. metronidazole or clindamycin. (Cefixime and cephalexin [Keflex] are almost identical; that was really no change at all.) Double check about sexual abuse and STDs, including STD testing (gonorrhea, chlamydia, trichomonas). She needs pediatric ID specialist. Good luck.
