Probably not: It is very unlikely that Provera will "shrink your ovarian cyst".Such treatment is no longer recommended .Many functional ovarian cysts like follicular cysts and corpus luteum cyst will often resolve spontaneously. Others will not.Depending on your age, your personal and family histories, the sonographic appearance of your right ovarian cyst and other factors, a Gyn oncologic consult may help you
