You contact a fertility center to review your options. If one tube is blocked, the other may not work adequately to receive an egg & let a conception travel to the womb. You may just need to have the egg fertilized in the lab & placed in your womb for a better chance at conceiving. If nothing else find out what your options are & decide what you are willing to do to get pregnant.
