No "cure" available: There is no "cure" for polycystic ovaries, but the condition can be managed with medication, diet, and exercise. Conception is very possible with ovulation induction agents. As long as the one Fallopian tube is patent(open) "natural" conception is possible. If the tube is closed, assisted reproductive technologies like IVF (in vitro fertilization) are needed.
