Common with PCOS: Missed periods are common in patients with PCOS. Combined oral contraceptives and/or metformin can help regulate your menstrual cycles. However, if you have had unprotected sex it is still possible that you are pregnant even with PCOS and one blocked fallopian tube. Check preg test. If not, relax and see your clinician if you would prefer to have regular cycles and are not trying to get pregnant
