Very possible: Although this question is better answered by your gynecologist or fertility specialist, if your PCOS is under control, there is a good chance you can conceive. You are young and obviously making follicles. However, many factors affect one's ability to conceive so it is important for your doctor to review all of your history and make recommendations if needed.
