Rock and hard place: You definitely need the thyroxin, and it's not a problem with trying to conceive. While chrominac A is supposed to help with the PCOS, there is not enough research to be sure it really does help, and there is no experience with outcomes of pregnancies in women who have conceived while on chrominac A. I would try to conceive without chrominac A.
