What do you mean?: Radiologists are doctors who can "read" ultrasound - by which doctors mean, "interpret the images for medical use." An ultrasound technician is NOT licensed to read ultrasound (only licensed to obtain the images). If you're asking who is more accurate in measuring the size of an object (liver, etc) with ultrasound, it is operator dependent. On avg, techs have more experience than radiologists.
